EIB - Provision of Consultancy Services to Support the EIB Group's Evaluation Division: Message Driven Report Writing (Content Planning and Editing Services)

Description

The operations evaluation division of the European Investment Bank (IG/EV) aims to conclude a multiple framework agreement with minimum 2 (two) and maximum 6 (six) service providers that can provide services dedicated to planning the content and ensuring the editing of the evaluation reports it produces. The service provider (SP) is required to (including, but not limited to): • provide its services in cooperation with the EV teams responsible for the reports to develop the detailed content plan for each report; • provide its services in cooperation with the EV teams responsible for the reports to review the messages, structure, length and content of each draft to guide the redrafting prior to submission of the evaluation report; • undertake substantive and technical editing for the evaluation reports, all under intense time pressure.
