The Government of Jersey, through Children, Young People, Education and Skills (CYPES), is undertaking early market engagement to inform the future reprocurement of its Children’s Social Care and Related Services Case Management System, which supports statutory social care, safeguarding, and education-related services. The current contract concludes in November 2026, and this RFI seeks to explore options for replacement, reprocurement, or transformation. The future solution is expected to be a modern, secure, and scalable SaaS or cloud-based platform supporting end-to-end case management, configurable workflows, secure records and document management, multi-agency collaboration, reporting and analytics, system integrations, data migration, and ongoing support.
