Description
Housing and Modernisation require the services of a Project Manager / Architect / M&E / QS / CDM Principal Designer for undertaking the feasibility and capacity study of the Gasworks site. This matter is urgent as Southwark is looking for a meanwhile use of currently vacated sites within the borough for the provision of temporary accommodation, likely in the form of a modular village type arrangement. These locations will serve some of our more vulnerable community members and potentially provide relief homes for rough sleepers in order to remove them from the risk of Covid-19. The council therefore requires a feasibility and capacity work to be carried out on a site to identify the potential and suitability of this site for this purpose.
