QQ22024 - Online portal for the selling of traded services to schools

Description

The City of Wolverhampton Council trades with schools both inside and outside the city, offering over 40 services to schools and education customers. We require an online portal for the selling of traded services to schools, with e-learning training and finance integration capabilities. The portal needs to have a responsive support service for any queries, and offer the ability for most day to day functions to be managed in house. The portal needs to offer a wide variety of tools to communicate, monitor and market to schools, along with a function for Customer Relationship Management. Schools should be able to have accounts, log in and purchase goods and services via the portal, and financial and transactional records be kept in the system.
