Description

These services are provided to aid Plymouth City Council (PCC) meet the following project objectives:\r ? As part of the feasibility assessment undertaken in April 2023 and emerging brief was captured\r which required the development to explore site uses which considered both office, industrial and a\r hybrid of the two. The full brief of which this proposal is base is included within 23.04.21 RIBA Stage 1 Report REV F - Client Issue.\r ? Three potential user groups were identified which included Marine, Defense and Research and Development.\r ? Plymouth City Council have requested that the development look to explore the potential use of low carbon technologies with an aspiration to achieve a net zero operational development.\r ? Plymouth City Council would also like to explore the potential use of modern methods of construction as the design develops
