The responsibilities of the partners will include, but not be limited to: • Design procurement and installation of the shore power equipment • Procurement of power, pricing, sales and billing direct to vessel owners/cruise lines; • Operation and maintenance of the shore power equipment; • Management and execution of power connections and disconnections to cruise ships; • Working with BHC in the setting of sales tariffs.
