Il supporto di tre anni per il sistema Nvidia DGX H100 deve prevedere i seguenti servizi che devono essere erogati direttamente dal Vendor Nvidia o da partner certificati: • Supporto hardware e software da remoto, inclusi strumenti di diagnostica integrati con intervento in loco eseguito da ingegneri del Vendor (Nvidia) in sede per sostituire le unità field-replaceable (FRUs); • Casi di supporto accettati tramite il Portale di supporto aziendale; • Supporto delle escalation durante l'orario di lavoro locale del cliente (9:0017:00, lunedì-venerdì); • Supporto software: Supporto per sistema operativo (SO), driver e firmware; • Servizi di supporto software per container e modelli NVIDIA selezionati disponibili da NGC, inclusa condivisione e funzioni di collaborazione; • Accesso all'ultimo software NVIDIA Base Command
