St Georges Court - Bin Stores

Description

Tai Calon seeks to appoint one Contractor to undertake the supply and installation of 260no galvanised steel curved roof bin stores with Forest Panel slats to rear sides and doors, stainless steel signage panels and numbers for assigned flats. All stores installed on new concrete bases to various external locations to both grassed and tarmac areas. Stores should be metroSTOR or similar approved . All stores to be purchased through approved supplier. Allow for all costs in administrating the supply of the stores within your rates. The works will include installation of concrete paths to the stores as required and contractors are to quantify the extent of these. Contractor to ensure that store manufacturer confirms concrete base sizes are correct prior to installing. NB. The WYG drawings indicate positions of both blue and red stores, the red locations indicate the areas that require stores to be fire treated.
