The framework agreement must cover the contracting authority's need for craftsman services related to Carpentry The framework agreement will cover the at any given time current needs of the contracting authority in addition to what is covered through own resources for the requested discipline. The agreements shall include ordinary new buildings, service, maintenance and renovation assignments. Antiquarian maintenance work, roofing, plumbing and welding are not covered by the agreement.
