Rutland Children's Home

Description

Rutland County Council is developing a new model of care to provide in-county residential and outreach care for children, addressing the growing demand and complexity of needs of local children. This approach aims to keep children with complex needs close to home, education and health services, improving outcomes and reducing reliance on costly care placements at a distance from a child’s home. The model utilises RCC initiatives delivered by Living Well Rutland, the Health & Care Collaborative and our Transport transformation programmes to create a network of care around the child and family.
