RHUL-24021 Support for an Existing Electron Beam Lithography System

AWARDED – An agreement to Joël UK Limited for the ongoing warranty and support for a further period of five years, for an existing Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) System within the SuperFab Class 5 Clean Room facility Lot 1: AWARDED - An agreement to Jeol UK Limited, the original manufacturer and exclusive provider of ongoing warranty and support services for an existing instrument critical to the operation of the university's class 5 clean room nanotechnology fabrication research unit, for an initial period of five years at a cost of £554k. The university reserves the right to extend this agreement to cover the functional lifetime of the equipment (estimated at a maximum of 30 years) therefore the total estimated value of award is up to £4m.
