Provision of Community Urgent Eyecare Services in Sefton Provision of Glaucoma Referral Refinement Service & Pre-Cataract Operation Assessment Services in Sefton, Minor Eye Conditions (MECS), Community Urgent Eyecare (CUES), Glaucoma Enhanced Case Finding (GECF) for patients registered with a Sefton GP Practice. Lot 1: THIS IS A CONTRACT MODIFICATION NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB has approved a modification to a contract that was awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The existing contract to deliver Community Urgent Eyecare Services, Glaucoma Referral Refinement Service, Pre-Cataract Operation, Minor Eye Conditions (MECS), Community Urgent Eye Care (CUES) & Glaucoma Enhanced Case Finding (GECF) Services in Sefton started on 1st July 2022 and expire on 30th June 2025 with an option to extend for 12 months. This modification enacts the 12 month extension to the contract term, with the modified expiry date being 30th June 2026. The original contract value was based on cost per case with an indicative value of £1,091,886 and the modified annual contract value is £450,957.
