As such, this PIN is to engage with the market in order to: a) Understand the extent and nature of the market for this requirement. b) Outline HS2 Ltd.’s draft technical requirements and outline procurement strategy. c) Give potential suppliers the opportunity to confirm their appetite and provide feedback on HS2 Ltd.’s intended approach.
