Description

Sykehusinnkjøp would like to procure Bilevel PAP, CPAP, masks, vaporisers, suction, and cough assist machines. Note that the procurement starts in October 2023. The contract will be valid from 01.04.2025. A prior information notice is being published early in order to start planning the procurement in collaboration with ICT security resources from the health trusts. Lot 1: Sykehusinnkjøp would like to start with an introductory market dialogue in the period until the turn of the year 2022/2023. This is an invitation to a market dialogue with the expert group and ICT security resources in Oslo on 18 January 2023. Before this, Sykehusinnkjøp would like feedback from interested parties on the following: - Which lots would be relevant for submitting a tender - Which products can be relevant to offer - Do the products include the possibility to transfer patient data - Is there an intention to use a mobile application for some of the products - How do health personnel extract information from the apparatuses - Any requirements from previous procurements that the contracting authority ought to revise The previous procurement included the following lots: Sub-area 1 – Bilevel PAP Lot 1.1 - Bilevel PAP apparatus without advanced alarm Lo t1.2 - Bilevel PAP apparatus with extended functions Lot 1.3 - Bilevel PAP apparatus with integrated battery-operated backup and hybride modus Lot 1.4 - Bilevel PAP apparatus with adaptive servo ventilator Lot 1.5: Consumables for existing Bilevel PAP apparatuses Sub-area 2 – CPAP. Lot 2.1 - Auto CPAP apparat Lot 2.2 - Consumables for Auto CPAP apparatuses Sub-area 3 – Masks Lot 3.1 - Ventilated nose masks Lot 3.2 - Ventilated nose pad masks Lot 3.3 - Ventilated nose/mouth masks Lot 3.4 - Non-ventilated nose/mouth masks Lot 3.5 - Non-ventilated nose masks Lot 3.6 - Child masks - nose masks Lot 3.7 - Child masks - nose/mouth masks Sub-area 4 - Vaporisers Lot 4.1 - Stationary vaporisers Lot 4.2 - Portable vaporisers Lot 4.3 - Consumables for existing stationary and portable vaporisers Lot 5 - Suction Lot 5.1 - Stationary suction Lot 5.2 - Portable suction Lot 5.3 - Consumables for existing stationary and portable suction Sub-area 6 - Cough assist machines Lot 6.1 - Cough assist machines Lot 6.2 - Consumables for existing cough assist machines The requirements specification and price sheet from the previous procurement are attached as a starting point for the discussion.
