Contract award - Mosvangen development

Description

Stavanger municipality is continuing with the development of three buildings at Mosvangen, Poppeltunet development. The development of Poppeltunet consists of three new buildings with a high environmental profile with the Plusshus concept, among other things. The three buildings are an 8-department nursery school, an activity centre for the multi-handicapped and respite care residences for families with functionally impaired children. Stavanger municipality procured an engineering design team in autumn 2021 for the nursery school and activity centre. Multiconsult Norge AS in partnership with Link Arkitektur AS won the contest. After start-up of the two projects, the municipality decided to build a third building, the Respite Care Residences. In connection with this, Stavanger municipality would like to expand the existing contract with the engineering designers to apply to respite care residences. The changes are made in accordance with the PPR § 28-1, letter C, alternatively § 28-1 letter D.
