OneRen operates a portfolio of leisure facilities and services aimed at improving health and wellbeing across the local community. Leisure memberships are a key revenue stream and an essential part of delivering accessible, high-quality services to residents.OneRen requires specialised sales, marketing, and retention support focused specifically on leisure provision. This support is required for a period of 12 months and will supplement internal capacity, which is currently limited due to resource constraints.The appointed supplier will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a comprehensive programme of activity that supports strategic growth, improves member experience, and contributes to achieving a financial target of £2.3M in membership revenue.
