This REPLACES the previous Prior Information Notice as TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOW AVAILABLE (until the Expression of interest period closes), see below for further details. ESPO is seeking to identify and appoint a supplier to provide external auditing services. The objective is to identify a single supplier of external auditing services which best meets the requirements and which offers excellent value for money. The external auditing services required will include (but are not limited to): • Planning, management and execution of an annual external audit of ESPO • Reporting on the external audit processes used to ESPO’s Management and Audit and Finance Committee. • Provision of advice to the committee on technical accounting and financial matters • Liaison and coordination with the internal auditors • Provision of an assessment of financial statements The contract has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
