The Board require the services of an Architect to act as Lead Consultant providing the necessary skills and expertise to deliver this project. The lead consultant will head up a design team of mechanical and electrical consultants, landscape architect and structural engineer. The lead consultant will assume the role of Principal Designer for the project. A Quantity Surveyor will be appointed separately and direct by NHSGGC. Lead Consultant services as described in attached Tender Briefing Pack.
