Operation and maintenance of Network Rail's seasonal fleet which includes seasonal treatment Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs), Rail Head Treatment Trains (RHTTs), Snow & Ice Treatment Trains (SITTs), and Snow Clearance Services. Lot 1.1: Operation & Maintenance of Seasonal Treatment Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs) - North Operation and maintenance of the Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs) which carry out the rail-borne weedspray treatment programme. Lot 1.2: Operation & Maintenance of Seasonal Treatment Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs) - South Operation and maintenance of seasonal Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs) which carry out the rail-borne weedspray programme. Lot 2: Operation and Maintenance of Rail Head Treatment Trains (RHTTs) Operation and maintenance of Rail Head Treatment Trains (RHTTs) that carry out the water jetting activities and apply adhesion modifier chemicals to the rail head to tackle leaves on the line during the Autumn season. Lot 3: Operation and Maintenance of Snow & Ice Treatment Trains (SITTs) Operation and maintenance of Snow & Ice Treatment Trains (SITTs) that carry out anti-ice activities. Lot 4: Snow Clearance Services Operation and maintenance of snow clearance activities.
