Indexing and Legal Analysis of EU Documents

Description

The purpose of the call for tenders is the selection of up to two (2) economic operators who will verify, produce and deliver metadata in electronic form for legislative, administrative or policy-oriented documents and law-making procedures from the EU institutions or bodies, and for national judgments. It includes production and/or translation of summaries of national judgments into English, French and German languages, and production of structured legal citations based on the references in the documents of the Court. This involves, on the one hand, documentary and legal analysis and indexation of these documents, and on the other hand, verification of the metadata related to these documents. The documents are mostly but not exclusively texts published in the Official Journal of the European Union (the OJ).
