Lier Municipality would like to procure a recruitment system that will be used for recruitment. Øvre Eiker Municipality has an option to join the contract in the contract period. Lier Municipality would like to have a good reputation after the recruitment processes are complete. The 'General Recruitment Strategy 2020-2028 Lier Municipality' states that the municipality must achieve a 'good reputation through good processes'. It is therefore the municipality's intention that every candidate experiences meeting Lier Municipality as so positive that they want to reapply after a rejection. After the process has been completed, we would like candidates to think that Lier Municipality is a professional employer with good recruitment processes. Based on this, the municipality would like to procure a new, joint, and improved recruitment process with the accompanying quality routines and tools that see to the guidelines given in the strategy. Lier Municipality's needs are: — to design and carry out recruitment processes that are personal and based on quality routines and appropriate selection methods and tools, — to have open recruitment processes, — to ensure contribution from employees organisations, — to have a close and personal dialogue with our applicants, — to ensure that every candidate experiences meeting the municipality as so positive that they want to reapply and tell others this, — to give preference to internal candidates in cases of equal qualifications, — to employ and develop coping-orientated managers, — to ensure high recruitment competence amongst our managers.
