The Town Council are looking to appoint Full architectural and project management services required for a extensions to the Empire Complex in the Town of Holyhead. The project will require extensive renovation to the existing property internally, which includes a single screen cinema and a soft play centre. Planning permission was granted in 2022 for the proposed extension and building regulations have also been achieved for the internal alterations.
