Description

The tender contest HFK/18/407 was published in Doffin and submitted to TED 28.12.2018. The contracting authority received 2 tenders to the contest. However, these 2 tenders could not be compared in price and consequently the contest was cancelled. The contracting authority entered direct negotiations with the 2 tenderers. Tender contest HFK/19/040 was negotiated and led to contract award. A framework agreement for the assignment shall be signed with one supplier. The framework agreement period is 2 years. Software licences HFK/18/407 The contracting authority shall have an option for an extension of the framework agreement for further 2 years/1+1 year, to a maximum total of 4 years. The contract value is approx. 40 000 000 NOK. It is emphasised that the stated value is based on estimates from statistics and information from the contracting authority's current supplier and their own financial data. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the contracting authority's activity.
