Description
Sheffield Hallam University needs to purchase a student Records Management System (SITS). This is a critical system for the University supporting its core operations. Lot 1: The University requires a long-term contract for a modern, standardised student records management solution to replace its current highly customised and outdated implementation of SITS. To meet this need, a 5-year contract will be awarded to Tribal for the provision of SITS under the Higher Education Full Service (HEFS) licensing model. This contract will be procured via the APUC/UCISA Framework Agreement, which provides a standardised costing model based on HESA student numbers. The agreement aligns with the University's Operational Improvement Programme and supports the adoption of standard SITS functionality in line with sector-wide developments.
