APX030 - Tender for the provision of Consultant and design team services for bathroom replacement works

Description

Tender for the provision of Consultant and design team services for bathroom replacement works. The proposed works are to consist of the removal of all existing sanitaryware to ground and/or first floor bathrooms and replacing with new WC and wash hand basin with mixer taps to each. Additionally in the main bathroom, a new bath and mixer taps including new low level shower head holder are to be installed. Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) should also be fitted. Lead consultant and design team should consider potential location of these during their onsite surveys and options/alternatives to behind bath panels to allow for servicing of TMVs should be provided to Apex for consideration and approval ahead of the drafting of tender drawin£gs. The full design brief and extent of works is included within the tender documentation. The estimated budget cost for the works is £1.1 Million.
