011PA Replacement of Council's E-Procurement System

Description

We are looking for a solution which will systemise all Pre-Procurement Activity and enable resource planning. This requirement is in recognition that we no longer solely require a sourcing and contract management system. A Pre-Procurement solution is a central repository for creating, planning and approving all pre-procurement activity which integrates fully with all other elements and supports project planning for work stages, milestones, resource requirements and enabling collaboration on projects. It also eliminates the need to re-key vital information throughout this stage of the procurement lifecycle. ## Contract award
