Description

Single Supplier Framework for the provision of Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Integration of a Facility Management System (FMS) at Technological University Dublin. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing BMS, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Building Physics Models (BPM) TU Dublin is seeking proposals for the implementation of a comprehensive Facility Management System (FMS) to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of its building operations. The proposed FMS will integrate advanced monitoring and control technologies to provide real-time tracking of thermal and electrical energy consumption, thermal comfort, utility bills, and space management. The FMS will be initially implemented in three key buildings – Greenway Hub, Tallaght Main Building and Aras Fios Block E with the potential for future expansion to other sites. This initiative aims to support the university's decarbonization efforts, improve energy performance, and ensure long-term sustainability.
