Description

The key objectives of this Competitive Process are to identify providers who can meet the requirements as set out in this Competitive Process and deliver whole-body MRI (WBMRI) Surveillance for adults with Cancer Predisposing Syndromes in accordance with the Service Requirements. These aims include ensuring that the needs of the population are met, that a safe and effective service is delivered, and that the service is provided in a way that does not adversely impact the ability to deliver comprehensive care. There is no restriction on the number of providers that may be awarded a contract, provided they meet the specified requirements. The service will be commissioned across seven (7) geographical lots, covering the population of England. For the avoidance of doubt this Competitive Process only relates to Adult whole-body MRI (WBMRI) Surveillance for Cancer Predisposing Syndromes. Therefore, Paediatric whole-body MRI (WBMRI) Surveillance for Cancer Predisposing Syndromes is not in scope for this exercise.
