Description
The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) wish to engage with a supplier to maintain and support existing telephony infrastructure, providing a reliable and resilient service. This will include Fixed Voice, VOIP and hosted services (i.e., local, national and international calls), installation, configuration, management, support, maintenance, billing and repairs. It is essential that the provision of the new service be as seamless as possible to the users. There should be no telephone service interruptions, no interim changes in dialing procedures, and no perceived degradation in the quality of service.
