The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Wellspring Academy Trust at the following sites. The opportunity will be broken down into Lots according to Geographic location. Bidders may bid for individual lots or all lots: Lot 1: Springwell Alternative Academy Mablethorpe LN12 2DF, joins contract 1.8.21 Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln LN2 4EN, joins contract 1.6.21 Lot 2: Springwell Alternative Academy Grantham NG31 9LD joins contract 1.6.21 Springwell Alternative Academy Spalding PE11 2PN joins contract 1.1.23 Lot 3: Lacey Gardens Academy Juniors and Eastfield Academy infants and nursery LN11 8DH joins contract 1.5.21 Lot 4: Sevenhills Academy Lincolnshire DN33 1NU joins contract 1.5.21 Phoenix Academy, Park House, Grimsby DN31 0BZ joins contract 1.5.21 Phoenix Academy, Phoenix House, Grimsby DN32 7NQ joins contract 1.5.21 Further information can be found in the SQ Document. Lot 1: Springwell Alternative Academy Mablethorpe, Seaholme Road, Mablethorpe, LN12 2DF, joins contract 1.8.21 Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln, Macaulay Drive, Lincoln LN2 4EN, joins contract 1.6.21 The Trust requires a fully outsourced cleaning solution and has identified the following key objectives for the cleaning provision: 1) A high standard of cleanliness within each school that supports the provision of a hygienic environment and the wellbeing of the children. 2) Provide compliant services that are flexible and responsive to the needs of each individual school. 3) Ensure robust safeguarding procedures to support a safe environment in which the children can learn and develop. 4) Ensure that best value is achieved for participating academies. The Trust expects to benefit from the expected economies of scale of contracting out the service as a network of schools. Lot 2: Springwell Alternative Academy Grantham, New Beacon Road, Grantham, NG31 9LD joins contract 1.6.21 Springwell Alternative Academy Spalding, Matmore Gate, Spalding, PE11 2PN joins contract 1.1.23 The Trust requires a fully outsourced cleaning solution and has identified the following key objectives for the cleaning provision: 1) A high standard of cleanliness within each school that supports the provision of a hygienic environment and the wellbeing of the children. 2) Provide compliant services that are flexible and responsive to the needs of each individual school. 3) Ensure robust safeguarding procedures to support a safe environment in which the children can learn and develop. 4) Ensure that best value is achieved for participating academies.
