The LS/CMI is a comprehensive offender case management instrument used for risk assessment for individuals convicted by the courts across Scotland. The Scottish Government intends to award a contract to finalise the centralisation of this system and to provide support of the operational instances of the application across Local Authorities and the Scottish Prison Service during this process. This will include but not be limited to bug/issue fixing as and when identified by users and provision of a service desk (email/helpdesk number) as central point of contact for raising any bugs/issues
