Health and Safety Management System, encompassing the following key elements: • Accidents and Incident Management; • Risk and Risk Assessments; • Audit/Inspection; and • Training and Competencies Lot 1: Contract awarded to SHE Assure for a Health & Safety Management System commenced on the 22 May 2019. During 2023, SHE Assure rebranded to Evotix and a Change Control Notice was issued. Original contract awarded for £164k, however, during the initial term, additional services were purchased in line with the permitted modifications under the contract - total spend years one to five £181k. This VEAT notice is to inform the market that we are using the extension permitted within the contract, up to a total of five years. The extension will come into effect on 22 May 2024, with an end date 21 May 2029.
