The cumulative amount in this instance is below the Directive threshold that would require publication in OJEU. It is therefore a non-OJEU service. However, the national etenders platform does not facilitate publication of VEAT notices for non-OJEU notices that are under Directive threshold. Notwithstanding, the Irish C and AG auditors requires a VEAT to be published in this instance despite the non-applicability of the rules and the procurement falling outside the scope of application of the directive.
