Summary of the work There is a requirement for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise the Programme Board on the methodology and process of Sexual Assault Referral Centres to enable the board to procure an ICT solution. To facilitate the HCPs working in SARC and enable access to an electronic case management system Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length Until 31st of March 2017 Latest start date Monday 7 August 2017 Maximum Day Rate £400 ex VAT Early Market Engagement None Who Speclialist Work With The existing programme is a blend of contract staff complemented by FTE’s and specialist companies. What Specialists Work On Partner required to support the programme team with the following services: 1. Supporting the Programmes Outcomes 2. Supporting Governance throughout the programme 3. Supporting the design, configuration and implementation of an ICT solution for SARCs in England. 4. Chair the national SARC Board 5. Data Gathering to ensure all service user are engaged and their requirements documented and defined with appropriate assurance and sign off Skills & Experience • Have a proven track record working as a clinician in a SARC. • Demonstrate a proven history of working on ICT case management solution for SARCs • Have demonstrable experience in reporting, planning, risk, dependency, financial and change management aspects of a SARC Case Management System • Demonstrable expertise in the transition of projects into a live service environment within the last 12 months Nice to Haves Experience and knowledge of working in Courts and Tribunal settings. Work Location Nationwide with frequent travel and overnight stays. Working Arrangments Specialist will work either in London, remotely or at face to face meeitngs with key stakeholders. Expenses to be approved on a weekly basis Security Clearance 1. All staff engaged on the programme must be security cleared to CTC NPPV Level 2 Additional T&Cs Standard T&Cs No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria • Need to Collaborate with various senior key stakeholders across multiple organisations. • Need to demonstrate a flexible approach • Need to operate in a workplace with mixed skills and experience • Need to demonstrate an honest and transparent approach • Need to demonstrate positive behaviours and a can-do attitude • The approach will require discipline and capable of working across organisational boundaries in a very demanding, stressful environment.
