Notification of award of the following: TWUL is seeking to award a framework agreement for the administration of the Customer Assistance Fund and Trust Fund for our vulnerable customers. Lot 1 covers the administration of the Customer Assistance Fund which assesses eligibility for customer debt reduction and social tariffs. Lot 2 covers the administration of the Customer Assistance Fund as well as the administration of the Trust Fund. The Trust Fund is an independent charity which provides further support to extremely vulnerable customers and debt organisations. The administration role for the Trust Fund consists of managing the board of trustees, assessing applications and proposing appropriate actions. The duration of the framework agreement length will be an initial 3 years with the option for TWUL to extend annually to a maximum of 8 years. The scope of this procurement is the administration of the Customer Assistance Fund. This will include the assessment of customers arrears and making recommendations to potentially reduce or clear these arrears. Trust Fund administration covers the administration of the board of trustees, assessment of both organisational applications and individual vulnerable customer applications and proposals for appropriate recommendations, which may include the supply and delivery of white goods.
