1.1 This invitation to tender document (ITT) relates to the procurement of Women’s Pathfinder Services (Whole System Approach)(WSA), 18-25 Early Intervention Services, Commissioned Rehabilitation Service (CRS) and Family Ties services within Gwent and South Wales (Lot 1 Services), and Commissioned Rehabilitation Service (CRS) and Family Ties services within Dyfed Powys and North Wales (Lot 2 Services), together (the Services). 1.2 This ITT relates to the procurement process to establish a framework for procurement of the Services and is being led by Gwent Police on behalf of (1) the Secretary of State for Justice acting for His Majesty’s Prisons and Probation Service (HMPPS) an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ); (2) Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent ; and (3) Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales (the Procurement). Lot 1: Provision of Womens Pathfinder (WSA), 18-25 Diversion, Probation Rehabilitative Services (CRS) and Family Ties Services for South Wales and Gwent Police and Crime Commissioners for Gwent, Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales, Welsh Government and HMPPS are looking to recommission the following services. Womens Pathfinder (Whole System Approach). 18-25 Early Intervention, Probation Commissioned Rehabilitative Service (CRS) and Family Ties Service. Additional information: Framework will awarded for a 12 month period. Call Offs under the framework will be awarded for 3 years plus the option to extend for a further 12 months. Lot 2: Provision of Probation Rehabilitative Services (CRS) and Family Ties Services for North Wales and Dyfed Powys areas HMPPS and Welsh Government plan to commission the following services in The North Wales and Dyfed Powys areas; Probation Commissioned Rehabilitative Service (CRS), WSA Development and Family Ties Service. Additional information: Framework will awarded for a 12 month period. Call Offs under the framework will be awarded for 3 years plus the option to extend for a further 12 months.
