Tenders are invited by the Council from Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of an Advocacy Hub (the “Services”) as described in the Specification. The areas of advocacy the Hub will provide for are: • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) • Relevant Person Representative Services (RPR) • Care Act Advocacy (CAA) • Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) • General Advocacy for Mental Health • General Advocacy for Social Care
