Lot 1: Digital Postbox Software Solution and related services The Digital Postbox is a secure mail delivery solution that provides individuals with the ability to receive their Government communications (messages and documents) in a single, safe and secure digital platform. It acts as an alternative to the delivery of physical post and enables Public Bodies to send letters, messages and documents electronically to individuals, in a secure and cost efficient manner, and provides individuals with fast, efficient and accessible access to their mail digitally. The successful Tenderer has provided a Digital Postbox software solution including the provision of technical and operational support over the lifetime of the contract. In addition, following the implementation of the solution, resources may be required to assist with the rollout and service adoption of the solution amoungst Public Bodies. The Department sought a technical and operational partner to deliver a Digital Postbox solution that met the detailed requirements set out in the attached RFT.
