St Michael's is a Church of England Academy High School located in Chorley. There are 1 125 pupils, years 7-11, with a separate year 11 common room/dining area. The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at St Michael's CofE High School. Breakfast, morning break and lunch are currently provided in the main dining areas with daily tea, coffee and fruit juice provided to the staff room at break and a small amount of hospitality. The use of local producers and suppliers is important to the school as is the promotion of healthy eating and a good variety of meal options. The school welcomes expressions of interest from caterers able to demonstrate good resource in this Geographical area and the ability to support the on-site team. The contract will commence on 1.4.2017 for a minimum period of 3 years and the option to extend for a further 2 years.
