Professional Services for Unit4 Business World

Published

Description

The NTA has completed a procurement process for a new ERP and for a Service Provider to migrate from the existing Unit 4 Business World to a new ERP platform. Whilst this migration is taking place, there is a requirement for support for the on premise legacy Unit 4 Business World system. The intention of this competition will be to award a contract to support the legacy systems and customisations until the new ERP solution is in place. The timeline for the new ERP solution will be Q1 2025 for Corporate and BMO. The Leap system will transition over at a later stage – with an indicative timeline of early 2026. The successful Tenderer is required to support the legacy system, Unit 4 Business World until it is decommissioned on a phased basis from 2025. The NTA will require support desk for the existing systems availability during 9:00 – 17:30 Irish time to assist with any escalation of queries on a drawdown basis. The estimated value for the contract is €150,000 for the duration of the contract including extensions, however the Contracting Authority reserves the right to expand a maximum of €220,000.
