Provide recruitment services to recruit senior management roles for Metrolink project and Executive level posts for TII. TII's purpose is to provide sustainable transport infrastructure and services, delivering a better quality of life, supporting economic growth and respecting the environment. TII are overseeing the delivery of the MetroLink Project. MetroLink is a transformative piece of new public transport infrastructure, the first of its kind in Ireland. It will comprise a high-capacity, high-frequency, modern and efficient metro railway, with 16 new stations running from Swords to Charlemont. This multi-billion project will link Dublin Airport, Irish Rail, DART, Dublin Bus and Luas services and create a fully integrated public transport network for the greater Dublin area. Lot 1: TII has a requirement for a Recruitment Partner to recruit senior management & technical roles for Metrolink Project and executive level posts for TII. The appropriate party should have significant reach nationally (in Ireland) and internationally to be able to identify and successfully appoint the relevant candidates. It is envisaged that the appointed party will engage in both recruitment and executive search activities in order to obtain the range and level of personnel sought by TII. It is anticipated that TII may utilise the services of the successful Tenderer to assist it in fulfilling permanent and temporary roles across technical, professional, specialist and senior management streams. The estimate provided above is to take account of all possible recruitments, associated advertisements and services. This amount is provided as a robust upper level estimate only and includes for inflation and all associated externalities.
