Description
This Panel is due to commence from 01st Jan 2024. It will serve the needs of the University for the provision of accommodation services for all of its departments/research centres/units and subsidiary companies. The University welcomes guests to stay overnight in the immediate vicinity of main campus on an adhoc basis throughout the calendar year. This could be short term for a minimum of one night or longer depending on the individual requirement. The University is seeking independently approved accommodation services for these guests. The accommodation provided must be within 10 km of main campus or other University sites. These guests may also opt to avail of dining services while frequenting these venues but the provision of catering is not strictly necessary in order to apply for this panel. All accommodation providers must have wifi available to UCC guests at no additional cost. All other available facilities should listed in your panel application below. Corporate rates for 2024 are sought as part of the application process and all successful panel members will be requested to provide updated corporate rates for the University on an annual basis. Providers should note that each University department is responsible for the payment of its own invoices. Purchase orders should be sought when accepting any reservations for bookings. The overnight accommodation will be arranged by responsible department/research centre/ units requiring the services. The panel is also for use open by University’s subsidiary companies. By applying to join this panel, you are agreeing to your contact details and corporate rates being shared on the University’s internal website. Rental properties are not covered within the scope of this panel. Lot 1: This Panel is due to commence from 01st Jan 2024.
