Research to determine why not all care providers are investing in good broadband speeds, and why broadband providers can be reluctant to engage commercially with care homes. The research, and in particular the telephone interviews with care homes which are the subject of this business case, will also consider how good connectivity can positively impact the lives of care home residents, such as promoting social connectedness and providing opportunities for activity and entertainment for wellbeing purposes.
