Description

Calderdale CCG is looking to procure a General Practice Extended Access service for circa 221,000 patients registered with Calderdale General Practices. This service will be accessible by all of the patients of the 25 GP practices that are covered by NHS Calderdale CCG. The General Practice Improved Access service will increase access and experience for patients by providing additional seamless capacity for pre-bookable and book on the day General Practice appointments, which are convenient for patients and offer shorter waits. These appointments will include evening appointments from Monday to Friday and also during Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
