The HM Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) describes the pre-employment process for all public sector staff, contractors, and consultants. It must be fully completed before an individual is permitted access to (a) unescorted access to Homes England premises; (b) a Common Civil Service Pass; (c) official electronic equipment; (d) access to the corporate digital network, including through their own device via Microsoft Office 365; or (e) access to material classified OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE (other than what is required for their own recruitment). It is also the precursor to carrying out National Security Vetting (NSV) clearances. Homes England requires a supplier to deliver this service. As part of our procurement process we are wishing to gather information regarding the systems and suppliers available in the market. Please see attached questionnaire for further details.
