Award of Contract to: Exegesis SDM Ltd for the HBSMR database and hosting. Contract for: The contract will take the form of one-off start -up costs and then basic annual hosting costs. The following key services will be provided: Start up costs Access to the database for two users Link to (ArcGIS) Data Migration from existing database. Hosting set up costs Basic Hosting Database server space Data storage space. Offsite back up Web server HTTPS certification secured connection Contract Sum: £20773 Set up costs and an annual fee of £8403p.a Total contract value over a 5 year period £62788 Contract Period: Oct 18- Oct 23 with an annual break clause.
