Description
Provision of a granular and comprehensive customer satisfaction tracking and insight methodology services. The quarterly research study will provide broad tracking of HMLR's professional customer base and their satisfaction of its core services and products. The contract is for an initial term of 3 years (36 months) but provides for an additional 2 x 12 month optional extension periods (24 months) at the Buyer's sole discretion. Maximum term is until 17/09/28 (60 months or 5 years).
