Description
We are looking for small to medium sized local businesses to work in partnership with RBH, alongside our in-house repair teams, carrying out repairs as required following the production of a disrepair report and/or Scott schedule. We strive to provide our tenants with the highest standard of repairs possible. On average, we carry out this type of work on around 120 properties each year. The level of work required to bring these properties up to the required high standard, will clearly vary, dependent upon the condition of the property and the items listed in the report. The work will be allocated to the contractor on a property-by-property basis, and we will require the contractor to undertake the full scope of the work mentioned in the report and any associated works required, including plastering, plumbing, roofing, joinery, decorating and other potential elements. Gas and electrical works will be carried out by RBHs in house teams. The successful contractors will need to provide a fully comprehensive scope of works, in line with the above, and the attached specifications and Schedule of Rates, and able to work to strict demanding time frames.
