Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites expressions of interest in relation to a Framework Agreement providing building works for approximately 5 000 properties within Waverley, Surrey. It is intended that the Framework Agreement will commence in April, 2019. The maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is 4 years. The framework will be divided into the following lots: Lot 1: Redecorations and Associated Repairs: 400 000,00 GBP per annum (estimated); Lot 2: Roofing Works: 540 000,00 GBP per annum (estimated); Lot 3: Drainage Works: 350 000,00 GBP per annum (estimated); Lot 4: General Building Works: 590 000,00 GBP per annum (estimated). Total estimated value = 1 880 000,00 GBP.
