Description

The purpose of this tender process is to enable the appointment of contractors with the most favourable tender submission to provide a servicing and reactive repairs service in relation to automatic doors in Bield Housing and Care properties. Lot 1: Area 1 West and Oban The contract comprises one annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the general upkeep of automated door entry systems and related equipment within these properties. Additionally, reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis. Lot 2: Area 2 East The contract comprises one annual preventative maintenance visit to properties owned and/or managed by Bield Housing and Care in respect to the general upkeep of automated door entry systems and related equipment within these properties. Additionally, reactive maintenance visits will be required on a 24/7 hour basis.
